RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT
- Please send email to email@example.com, We will review the request. After approval, we will send you a RMA number with a return label by email.
- Please print out a copy of invoice and insert to the package.
- Pack the product securely and affix the shipping label
- Ship to us via corresponding carrier.
- We will test the defective units and process your request accordingly
- If it is due to the quality of our products or delivery problems caused by the return, we will bear the cost of logistics.
- Within 90 days after receiving the items, if the product has quality problems (not caused by humans), you can apply to us for the return process. The price difference caused by the replacement is borne by the buyer, and the return is after we receive the items and conduct a refund after inspection.
