RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT

Please send email to lagrima@beforeship.com, We will review the request. After approval, we will send you a RMA number with a return label by email.

  1. Please print out a copy of invoice and insert to the package.
  2. Pack the product securely and affix the shipping label
  3. Ship to us via corresponding carrier.
  4. We will test the defective units and process your request accordingly
